Job description
Shawmut Design and Construction in the Northeast seeks a senior Estimator with deep experience in Core & Shell, Base Building and Interiors. You will develop comprehensive budgets, review bid documents, and lead estimation efforts across large commercial and hospitality projects.
The role requires 7–10+ years of estimating experience, strong use of On Screen Take Off and Timberline, and a collaborative approach within our team in Rhode Island. On-site presence is expected.
