Attend pre‑bid meetings, site visits, and job walks to evaluate site conditions and project risks.

Identify project assumptions, exclusions, risks, and clarifications for proposal development.

Collaborate with project management, engineering, and field operations teams to validate execution methods and labor assumptions.

Support value engineering initiatives and alternative construction approaches.

Prepare estimate summaries, pricing breakdowns, and internal review packages.

Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, unit rates, and production metrics.

Support conceptual, budgetary, FEL, and detailed estimates at various project phases.

Provide estimate logic, assumptions, quantities, and supporting documentation during project turnover and handoff.
