Job description
Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Estimator in its Federal division to lead civil, structural, and architectural estimating for firm fixed price pursuits. You’ll coordinate with the Senior Estimating Manager and oversee a team of estimators on multiple projects, shaping community-building facilities.
The role requires 7–10+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, and knowledge of estimating software like Winest and On-Screen
