Job description
Marks Clearing & Grading seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the development of accurate, competitive estimates for complex site-development and heavy civil projects. You will drive preconstruction activities and manage major pursuits from opportunity evaluation through bid turnover to operations.
You will collaborate with executives, estimators, project management, and field ops to assess risk, craft strategies, and develop junior staff while ensuring profitable outcomes for key bids
