Job description
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will analyze drawings, specs, and client requirements to build budgets and proposals aligned with scope and constructability.
You will lead estimating across multi-building deployments, manage vendor pricing, and collaborate with sales, operations, and project management while tracking scope changes through bid, IFC, and final bid.
