Job description
Grunley Construction Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Estimator in the DMV area to lead takeoffs, write scopes, and manage subcontractor coordination for design‑build and design‑bid‑build pursuits.
You will guide the estimating team, mentor junior staff, and interface with design partners to develop complete scopes of work. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of GC/subcontractor estimating experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and extensive construction knowledge.
