Job description
Suffolk seeks a Senior Estimator to oversee the most complex, large-scale projects from pre-construction through budgets and GMP. You will lead the estimating team, manage assistants, and coordinate with designers and owners to ensure accurate, competitive bids.
You will build client and subcontractor relationships, perform value engineering and risk analysis, and guide cost comparisons while aligning with Suffolk’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Professionalism.
