Responsibilities include developing cost strategies and overseeing a team of estimators. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in commercial construction estimations, a strong portfolio in high- and mid-rise projects, and leadership experience. Competitive package includes up to $220K base salary plus bonus.
