Job description
Webcor is seeking a Senior Estimator in Los Angeles to lead the estimating team and prepare detailed quantity take-offs with unit costs. You will coordinate bid packages, invite subcontractors for pricing, and review documents for bid and negotiated projects.
You will collaborate with architects, owners, and suppliers, develop conceptual estimates, and contribute to value engineering. A strong background in construction costs and preconstruction is essential.
