Review drawings, specifications, contracts, geotechnical information, schedules, and other project documentation to support estimate development.

Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and project management teams to develop comprehensive execution strategies.

Identify project risks, constructability concerns, labor challenges, material impacts, and market conditions that affect project costs.

Support proposal preparation, bid reviews, value engineering efforts, and client presentations.

What You'll Do

Prepare detailed cost estimates supporting hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, procurement teams, subcontractors, and business development professionals throughout project pursuits.

Perform quantity takeoffs, subcontractor evaluations, pricing analyses, and cost model development.

Evaluate labor productivity assumptions, equipment requirements, means and methods, and execution strategies.
