Job description
Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced estimator-focused professional to support Lead Estimators and the Preconstruction Manager during the Launch phase. The role emphasizes value engineering, budget controls, and price data validation for GMPs and bids.
The candidate will perform quantity take-offs, develop pricing for alternatives, and use BIM for estimate visualization to ensure complete GMPs and accurate budgets.
