Senior Estimator (Residential & Commercial Glass)Full-Time | Exempt | Field-BasedBuild Relationships. Win Projects. Help Shape Our Growth.Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced full-time Senior Estimator to lead our residential and commercial glass estimating efforts. Exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working directly with customers, developing business relationships, and managing projects from initial consultation through project handoff. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work with homeowners, contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial customers while helping drive the continued growth of one of the region's leading glass companies.What You Do!Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate project needsPerform field measurements for windows, storefronts, shower enclosures (80% measures), mirrors, commercial doors, and specialty glassPrepare accurate estimates and professional proposalsPresent pricing and project solutions while exercising independent judgmentFollow up on estimates and convert opportunities into sold projectsBuild and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, restoration companies, and commercial clientsCoordinate projects with operations, dispatch, and installation teamsMaintain estimate pipeline, customer records, and sales forecasting using ServiceTitanWhat you need!2-3+ years of estimating experience in commercial/storefront glass required2-3+ years of estimating experience for showers requiredAbility to read blueprints and construction drawingsStrong measuring, mathematical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesStrong organizational and project management skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite & CRM software systems; fluent with GDS software commercial/storefront or Smart Glazier exp; CAD key/shower design software exp; CRL software beneficial.Valid driver's license, insurable driving recordWhat we offer you!$100K–$130K (Salary/Performance Incentives) DOEHealth Insurance/HSA/Life InsuranceSupplemental Insurance (AFLAC)401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysCompany vehicleCompany phone and tablet/iPadRelocation AssistanceOngoing professional developmentServiceTitan training providedStable, year-round employmentLocally owned with the support of a nationally recognized brandPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform field measurements at residential and commercial job sitesClimb ladders and access construction sitesLift up to 50 pounds occasionallyTravel throughout the Sioux Falls area & extended region for customer appointmentsWhy Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls?At Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls, we're committed to providing exceptional service while investing in our people.
