Job description
We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team.
This high-impact role involves working across multiple source systems hosted on diverse technology stacks, with a strong focus on stability, automation, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM DataStage and UNIX scripting.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
Work on Master Data Management initiatives to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from over 30 source systems.
Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with IBM DataStage and ETL development.
Proficiency in UNIX scripting for automation and process control.
Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices.
Experience with Oracle databases and SQL development.
Familiarity with Java for integration and customization tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
