Job description
The Senior Event Manager at International Institute of Event Management coordinates with Sales and clients to ensure a seamless delivery across pre-event, event, and post-event phases. This role prepares all event documentation and acts as the primary contact for the event planner on property.
You will maintain a professional demeanor, oversee client expectations, and ensure high-level service and a smooth turnover from sales to service back to sales throughout the lifecycle of property events.
