We are seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead end-to-end production of high-impact, large-scale experiential events across the country. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee large-scale experiential events from concept and strategy through build and on-site delivery. Ensure execution is on time, within scope, and on budget.
Supervise, delegate to, and develop junior producers and coordinators.
Manage large event budgets, oversee project P&L, drive profitability, and submit timely close-out financial reports.
Negotiate vendor contracts, manage logistics (load-in/out, transport), act as central liaison for cross-functional teams, and own key client relationships/RFPs.
Maintain exceptional quality control standards across creative execution and overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
6+ years of total experience in event production, with 3+ years specifically focused on managing large-scale experiential events or brand activations.
Proven experience executing complex, large-scale events nationwide.
Strong track record in budget management, logistics, P&L, and vendor negotiations.
Proficiency in project management software (Asana, , Smartsheet) & Google Workspace is a plus. xhqgsiq
Knowledge of union labor rules, city permitting, and municipal regulations is preferred.
Ability to travel nationally around 30%
