First Batch Winery in Washington, DC is seeking a Director of Event Sales to lead social and corporate event sales. You will drive the sales strategy, oversee a unit-based team, and collaborate with marketing, culinary, operations and the GM to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, build strategic partnerships, and push for growth across local and national accounts while maintaining a client-first approach in a dynamic hospitality setting.
