Job description
NeighborWorks America is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Strategy and Design to lead comprehensive event planning across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from conception to post-event evaluation, managing budgets and stakeholder expectations while driving attendee engagement at both small gatherings and large conferences.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Marketing and Training teams.
