Senior Executive AssistantAmazon & MGM Studios are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of Film. The individual in this role will be detail orientated, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will have industry EA experience, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and manage scheduling very complex calendar. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful and a creative problem solver. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives. As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
