Job TitleProvide advanced and diverse administrative support within Asset Management.Job DescriptionThe RoleProvide all aspects of support (e.g., proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, trouble shooting of conflicts and potential obstacles, domestic and international travel planning and expense reporting) for multiple executives and investment professionalsManage daily workflow of expected and unexpected requests and commitments to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timelinessCommunicate on behalf of at all levels both internally and externallyDevelop and maintain working relationships across business units to facilitate efficiency and problem solvingEngage with team members to advance best practices and cross-train on new and existing toolsExpertise and Skills You BringStrong organizational, time-management, prioritization and project management skills Ability to successfully build relationships and interact positively and effectively across multiple levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Focus on accuracy and attention to detailCollaboration, creativity, flexibility, and teamwork in scheduling meetingsExperience in managing sensitive and confidential informationInitiative and follow through to identify and resolve potential obstacles or conflicts and provide immediate resolution and/or alternativesStrong Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams skillsEducation :A bachelor's degree strongly preferred or related work experienceFidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $92,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
