Job description
W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation to help analyze and administer Grainger's executive compensation programs. This hybrid role can be onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago 2-3 days a week, reporting to the Manager, Executive Compensation.
Responsibilities include market research, incentive program administration, LTIP management, and supporting the annual proxy process with cross-functional teams such as Treasury, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
