Anchored Executive Search is assisting a top client in Palm Beach County, Florida, to recruit a Senior Executive Director for a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) near West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will bring strong Independent Living experience to address occupancy challenges in a luxury, multi-asset community with IL, SNF, AL and Memory Care.
