Target Compensation: $90,000 - $102,000
Key Responsibilities For The SENIOR EXECUTIVE OF FINANCE
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, investments, and long-range financial planning.
Provide transparent financial and operational reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Drive organizational effectiveness through oversight of finance, compliance, operational systems, and leadership development.
Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
Qualifications For The SENIOR EXECUTIVE OF FINANCE
CPA preferred (active or inactive) with significant finance and accounting leadership experience.
Strong background in nonprofit accounting, GAAP, budgeting, audits, fund accounting, and internal controls.
Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
Experience leading at the executive level within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
