Job description
Rojas Exteriors LLC in Tukwila, WA seeks a Lead Construction Estimator for on-site cost estimation of exterior systems, including stucco, stone, and siding. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, analyze bids, and develop competitive proposals for commercial and residential projects.
You will collaborate with project managers and field teams, maintain estimating databases, and engage vendors/subcontractors to refine budgets and support scheduling.
