Job description
Loyalty Toyota in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead the Finance and Insurance team. Drive performance, strengthen lender relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout financing.
You will recruit and coach the F&I staff, develop forecasts, and collaborate with General Manager and Sales leadership to optimize deal flow. A strong track record in automotive F&I and subprime experience is required.
