Engineering Consulting Service is seeking a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join their Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team. This role involves managing facilities assessment projects, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with clients and project teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in property condition assessments. The pay range for this role is between $90,000 and $115,000 per year.
