Job description
Homes for the Homeless, Inc. in the Williamsbridge/Bronx area seeks a Director of Buildings to lead maintenance and housekeeping, ensuring safe, compliant facilities for residents and staff.
This full-time role supports day-to-day operations and works closely with the Site Administrator and Central Buildings. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and oversee inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
