Job description
DSM-Firmenich AG in Exton/Wayne PA seeks a Senior Engineer Facilities to lead site facilities engineering, oversee external resources, bid packages, design reviews and project schedules. You will optimize the facility layout, monitor energy use, and support Operations with cost estimates and MOC processes.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering and 5–8 years of facility engineering experience, with AutoCAD proficiency and strong project management skills.
