Job description
Ingleside, a retirement community in Rockville, MD, seeks a Property Management leader to oversee maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, laundry, security and capital projects across the campus.
The role directs the Property Management Department, manages budgets and procurement, coordinates capital projects with vendors, and ensures safety programs and records for life safety across Assisted Living, Nursing Center and Independent Living.
