Job description
Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Director of Facilities in Scarsdale, NY to lead maintenance, housekeeping, security and life-safety operations across our Full Service community. You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and capital projects while overseeing vendor relations and budget controls.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in facilities with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of fire and life safety regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
