Senior Facilities Maintenance Construction Sp
Regular Full-Time Indio, CA, US
Handyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
(6) plus years construction experience
Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and internet software
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak)
Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime
Team player with good communication and customer service skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a combination of the following duties:
Must be a self-starter, able to effectively analyze and solve repair and maintenance and construction issues.
Must be able to execute a wide and scale of construction projects.
Must have a commitment to quality work, neat and organized, accomplished efficiently and quickly.
Ability to deal with a wide variety of daily tasks often under deadline.
Comfortable in our communities.
Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed.
Other duties may be assigned or may be modified as business needs dictate.
