Job description
Gentex Corporation is seeking a Senior Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance and operations at the Carbondale, PA facility. You will manage internal staff and external contractors, drive preventive maintenance, and optimize uptime of building systems and equipment in a large-scale operation.
The role requires 10+ years in facilities management with at least 5 years in supervision, plus a degree in Facilities Management or Engineering.
