Job description
Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with a few plants in the US. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for its NJ plant. Manage, train and mentor maintenance team on respective shift.
Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications.
May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well
Provide reports to management and executives.
Ideal candidates for Maintenance Manager/Supervisor will possess the following:
~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
~Experience with PLC's and automation
~ Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP
