Job description
Abode Care Partners is seeking a clinical physician lead to provide day-to-day medical care to residents in facilities and home-bound patients, under the CMO. You will model ethical, evidence-based decision-making and lead interprofessional teams to uphold the company vision and mission.
The role includes supervising NPs/PAs, participating in policy adherence, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across care settings while supporting facility leadership and families.
