Job description
Abode Care Partners, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks Skilled Facility Medical Director - Primary Care Physician to lead clinical care across skilled nursing and home settings under the CMO.
You will oversee complex geriatric care, collaborate with NPs/PAs, audit orders, support facility growth, and assure quality and cost-effective care through adherence to care pathways. This role requires board certification in Family/Internal/Geriatrics and a valid state license.
