The Building People, LLC. seeks a Senior Facility Site Accessor with active Secret Clearance to support a federal client in Washington, DC. The candidate will lead building mechanical systems assessments, energy analyses, and lifecycle planning, coordinating with management and stakeholders.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of relevant experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling up to 50% for field surveys and audits.
