Alpha School seeks a Director of Community Engagement to build trust with families, lead hard conversations, and align with Guides to protect the coaching relationship across campuses. You will own family engagement and ensure clear ownership of outcomes.
You will drive campus growth, retention, and community life, with on-site responsibilities and relocation support as campuses evolve.
