University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for the Department of Family Medicine at Park Meadows. The role delivers full-spectrum ambulatory primary care within a Patient Centered Medical Home, in a busy outpatient setting.
Role includes 32 hours of appointable clinic weekly and 8 hours of clinical administrative time, with focus on adult and pediatric patients, collaboration with the care team, and telehealth options. Onsite Park Meadows, Colorado.
