Job description
University of Colorado Anschutz seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for the Department of Family Medicine APP in Park Meadows, CO. This Sr. Instructor role participates in ambulatory care within a clinical care team and Patient Centered Medical Home residency setting.
The position performs full-spectrum primary care including chronic disease management, acute care, wellness and preventive care for both adult and pediatric patients, with telehealth options as part of care delivery.
