Job description
APTIM is seeking a hands-on Federal Capture Manager to own strategic environmental remediation and technical services pursuits. This role may be filled at Senior Manager or Director level based on experience and capture success.
You will lead cross-functional teams, shape opportunities, and develop thorough capture plans for high-value bids, including IDIQs and MATOCs. Expect significant interaction with federal customers and partners, plus travel as needed.
