Job description
The Building People, LLC is seeking a Senior Facility Site Accessor with an active Secret Clearance to support a federal client at a secure campus in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with building mechanical systems, facility condition assessments, energy assessments, BAS, and lifecycle management.
You will lead field surveys, coordinate with stakeholders, review cost data, and develop actionable engineering solutions while traveling up to 50% to project sites.
