Job description
Onum seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead software development, modernization, and operations in a federal health IT environment supporting NIH/NIMH. You will oversee Java-based enterprise projects with Oracle DB, AWS, ServiceNow, and UI/UX components, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing the full SDLC with Agile ceremonies.
The role requires delivery-focused leadership, experience with federal stakeholders, and onsite work in Rockville, MD 2–3 days per week.
