Job description
Bayer seeks a Director Federal Regional Accounts to lead engagement with VISNs, MTFs, and other federal accounts to secure access, formulary inclusion, and guideline placement for Bayer brands.
You will partner with field leadership and market access teams to drive performance across VAMCs, Indian Health Service clinics, and TRICARE through the DSO model in 90-day cycles, aligning with senior stakeholders and policy guidance.
