Job description
HDR is hiring a Senior Resident Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to lead field engineering efforts on construction projects. You will interpret drawings, manage daily records, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with the project team.
You will supervise junior staff and help drive project closeout. The ideal candidate has a PE license, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, and extensive experience with estimating, scheduling, and document control.
