Job description
Enovate is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer with 10+ years of field engineering or construction supervision on large-scale tunneling, rail, or heavy civil projects. You will provide leadership and ensure contractor work aligns with contract documents, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Experience with NEPA, FTA, FRA, Buy America, and BIM tools is valued. PE license preferred; CCM/NICET certification is ideal.
