Job description
Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) seeks a Business Development Manager to own the end-to-end partner recruitment pipeline, identifying, engaging, and converting candidates to join the AFP program while coordinating with capacity planning and field teams.
You will develop and execute territory strategies, build relationships with organizations, manage candidate relationships, and drive offers and onboarding, across multiple domiciles.
