Job description
Ames Construction is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead on-site mechanical operations in Farmington, NM. You will oversee self-perform crews and subcontractors, coordinate piping, HVAC, plumbing, and process systems, and ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and safety standards.
You will develop look-ahead schedules, manage material and equipment logistics, and mentor field personnel while collaborating with project teams to avoid conflicts and keep the project on track.
