Job description
IQVIA is seeking a Director, Field Medical Affairs - Hematologic Malignancies (AML) to lead a field-based Medical Affairs team supporting a late-stage AML program. This is a player-coach role with full MSL territory responsibilities while mentoring the team and shaping medical strategy.
The successful candidate will translate scientific insights into strategic recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to engage thought leaders, academic centers, and trial networks.
