Job description
IQVIA seeks a Director, Field Medical Affairs – Hematologic Malignancies (AML) to lead a field-based Medical Affairs team supporting an AML program. This player-coach role carries full MSL territory responsibilities while mentoring the MSL team and shaping medical strategy.
The candidate will translate insights into strategic recommendations, collaborate across functions, and travel extensively to engage key stakeholders in hematology/oncology. Strong leadership and AML expertise are essential.
