Job description
Synopsys, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a senior modeling engineer to calibrate and validate advanced semiconductor models using real wafer data and test structures.
You will generate and maintain compact models for OPC engagements, and work with Field Applications Engineers to overcome calibration challenges. You will collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate field requirements into product enhancements and provide technical training to customers, driving adoption of Synopsys modeling
