Job description
Pogue Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Texas to lead daily on-site activities for commercial construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager, manage schedules, supervise field operations, and ensure project documentation and safety protocols are followed from start to finish.
Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of on-site supervision experience, strong communication with subs, and a solid grasp of construction sequencing, plan grids, and submittal
